Whoa...Never say never :-)
Oct. 31st, 2005 01:14 pmFirst off, I know that I'm not that old. Additionally, I'm neither looking for sympathy, nor am I bragging so let's get that out of the way right off the bat. :-)
I'm just having one of those "I can't believe that I actually got here" moments.
These moments stem from all our childhoods. If you think back to elementary school, everyone has had one or more of the following fleeting thoughts: "I'm NEVER going to be "X" (insert number here) years old, or be married, or have a family, or have a decent job, etc....".
You know what I'm talking about.
So here I am, a week away from being 35, been married for over seven years, have had a child/family for almost three years, and a reasonably decent (but boring) job for just about seven years as well.
Just finding somethings in life to be both nostalgic & amazing all at once.
Who knew?
